I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience working with diverse clinical presentations. I utilize eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, attachment based(EMDR) in my practice. I am deeply committed in working with patients on helping to develop therapeutic skills aimed at creating safe environments, self compassion, caring relationships, and other elements necessary to support each individual’s search for an authentic self and full self-expression. I work with adult aged clients, providing individual therapy. I am experienced in treating women working through different life stages, anxiety/panic, trauma and depression.
